Mix the Meatballs:
In a large bowl, combine beef mince, egg, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, herbs, salt & pepper. Mix until just combined. -
Stuff with Fetta:
Take a small amount of the mixture and flatten in your palm. Place a cube of Plain Feta Juli-Etta in the centre and wrap the meat around it, rolling into a ball. -
Skewer & Cook:
Thread the stuffed meatballs onto skewers (optional), then pan-fry or oven bake at 180°C until browned and cooked through (about 10–15 minutes). Air fryer works well too! -
Serve & Garnish:
Plate with your favourite sides like rice, salad, and seasonal veggies. Drizzle with balsamic glaze or olive oil, and garnish with fresh herbs for that final touch.
