This gourmet-style pizza is packed with flavour—featuring roasted capsicum, smoked marinated fetta, and Feta Juli-Etta’s signature fetta-stuffed olives. It’s the ultimate upgrade to your pizza night!
Ingredients (Serves 2–3):

1 pizza base (store-bought or homemade)

⅓ cup pizza sauce or passata

½ cup grated mozzarella
-
½ red capsicum, roasted and sliced

¼ red onion, thinly sliced

¼ cup black olives, sliced

6–8 Feta Juli-Etta Stuffed Green Olives, halved

75g Feta Juli-Etta Smoked Marinated Fetta

Optional: shaved ham or salami for meat lovers

Olive oil and dried oregano for topping
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 220°C (fan-forced).

Spread the pizza base with sauce, then sprinkle over mozzarella.

Add red capsicum, onion, sliced black olives, and halved fetta-stuffed green olives.

Crumble Feta Juli-Etta Smoked Fetta generously over the top.

Finish with oregano and a drizzle of olive oil.

Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden.
