Smoked Fetta & Stuffed Olive Pizza

With Feta Juli-Etta Smoked Marinated Fetta & Fetta-Stuffed Olives

This gourmet-style pizza is packed with flavour—featuring roasted capsicum, smoked marinated fetta, and Feta Juli-Etta’s signature fetta-stuffed olives. It’s the ultimate upgrade to your pizza night!

Ingredients (Serves 2–3):

  • 1 pizza base (store-bought or homemade)

  • ⅓ cup pizza sauce or passata

  • ½ cup grated mozzarella

  • ½ red capsicum, roasted and sliced

  • ¼ red onion, thinly sliced

  • ¼ cup black olives, sliced

  • 6–8 Feta Juli-Etta Stuffed Green Olives, halved

  • 75g Feta Juli-Etta Smoked Marinated Fetta

  • Optional: shaved ham or salami for meat lovers

  • Olive oil and dried oregano for topping

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C (fan-forced).

  2. Spread the pizza base with sauce, then sprinkle over mozzarella.

  3. Add red capsicum, onion, sliced black olives, and halved fetta-stuffed green olives.

  4. Crumble Feta Juli-Etta Smoked Fetta generously over the top.

  5. Finish with oregano and a drizzle of olive oil.

  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes until golden.

  7. Serve hot, and if you’re extra indulgent—top with a few more stuffed olives!
